MENU OPTIONS

At the Hickory Lodge, the menu options are endless. We have the facilities to prepare a variety of foods and would like to cater to your special event needs. We specialize in preparing a variety of smoked & baked meats, including our open fire roasted chicken.  Both buffet style and plated dinners are available and range from $10 to $20 per person.

Include your choice of 2 entrees, 3 side dises, dinner rolls, coffee/iced tea
    Example Entree Selections:
         Chicken roasted over open fire or baked
         Glazed baked ham with cherried fruit sauce
         Tender top round beef with au jus
         Baked Lasagna
         Baked stuffed white fish with lemon butter sauce

    Example Sidedish Selections:
         Homestyle Green Beans
         Whipped Potatoes / Gravy
         Parsley or oven baked red potatoes
         Tossed salad with choice of two dressings
         Homemade noodles

Plated  Dinners
Include your choice of  entree, potatoe, vegetable, salad, bread, coffee/iced tea
    Example Entree Selections:
         Chicken / Ribs combo
         Steaks - New York Strip, T Bones, Filet Mignon
         Fish - Islandic Cod, Halibut, Shrimp
         Ribs - Loin Back Pork Ribs, Spare Ribs (BBQ on side)
